SRMC provides lab testing services to assist in the detection, treatment and management of diseases. Our Laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for our patients.
We offer lab collection services at the following two locations, with a physician's order:
Located on Salem Regional Medical Center’s ground floor
1995 East State Street in Salem
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturdays, 6:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Appointments: Not required, but preferred. Call SRMC’s Appointment Desk at 330-332-7300 to schedule.
116 Carriage Drive in Columbiana
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Appointments: Not required, but preferred by calling the Columbiana Family Care Center at 330-482-3871 to schedule.
*Most routine blood draws can be performed at our Columbiana collection site. Please check with your physician before scheduling.
