Patient portal for visits as of July 5, 2023

Patients who are trying to access your electronic medical records or pay your bill online, will need to use the SRMC Patient Portal and Online Bill Pay. CLICK HERE

The SRMC Patient Portal Gives You 24/7 Online Access To:

Manage your personal medical records, communicate with your doctors and pay your bills online.
ONLINE BILL PAY IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.
Payments can be made by calling 330-332-7601.
The SRMC Patient Portal is your connection to Salem Regional Medical Center and your SRMC Medical Group providers.

SRMC Medical Group/SCH Professional Corporation provider bills for office visits prior to 12/1/22 will not be available for payment on the SRMC Patient Portal and must be paid by mail; at your provider’s office; or by calling the Prof. Corp. Billing Office at 330-332-7524.

Click the registration link in the email you receive from noreply@followmyhealth.com.
Create your portal login using a unique username and password.
Enter the invitation code provided by your medical organization and click "Agree" to the release of information.
You will receive two e-mails:
One welcoming you to FollowMyHealth® & one confirming your patient connection to the SCH Professional Corporation.

Call your provider's office and ask to schedule a Telehealth Appointment. (Use ON DEMAND for Immediate Care Visits.)

Your provider will send a Telehealth Invite to the email linked with your FollowMyHealth® Patient Portal account.

Click the link in the email and follow the instructions.

Stay in the virtual waiting room until your provider appears on screen.

You must already be signed up with FollowMyHealth® Patient Portal in order to start a Telehealth Call with your provider.

This telehealth service that you to talk with a provider from SRMC Immediate Care at Firestone Farms using your FollowMyHealth® Patient Portal account.
On-Demand Virtual Visits are available to patients age 5 and older:
Monday - Friday      ?? a.m. - ?? p.m.
Saturday - Sunday  ?? a.m. - ?? p.m.
Not available on Major Holidays
to start an ON DEMAND Virtual Visit or to learn more.
This service connects you with a provider affiliated with SRMC Immediate Care and does not connect you with your normal provider.
