►Community Health Needs Assessment

Every three years, Salem Regional Medical Center and area health care providers collaborate to complete the comprehensive Columbiana County Health Needs Assessment (CCHNA), which identifies and prioritizes health issues in the communities we serve. The top health needs identified in our current CCHNA include:

  • Chronic Disease
  • Mental Health
  • Substance Use
  • Obesity
